Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to the purchase, possession, transportation, use, and resale of our products.

American Blast Systems does not provide legal advice.

We reserve the right to:

  • request additional verification;

  • cancel suspicious transactions;

  • refuse shipment to jurisdictions where prohibited.

 

 

3. Restricted States and Locations

NO BODY ARMOR OR PROTECTIVE PRODUCT CAN GUARANTEE SURVIVAL OR PREVENT ALL INJURIES.

  • products may fail under certain conditions;

  • multiple impacts may reduce protection;

  • improper fit reduces effectiveness;

  • misuse increases risk of injury or death.

American Blast Systems makes no guarantee that any product will prevent injury or death.

 

 

7. Proper Use

Customers agree to:

  • inspect products before use;

  • follow manufacturer instructions;

  • replace damaged products;

  • avoid unauthorized modifications;

  • use products only as intended.

Improper storage, misuse, abuse, alteration, or modification voids all warranties.

  • environmental conditions;

  • product age;

  • improper storage;

10. Orders

  • SPECIAL DAMAGES;

  • CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES;

  • PUNITIVE DAMAGES;

  • LOSS OF PROFITS;

  • LOSS OF BUSINESS;

  • PERSONAL INJURY;

  • WRONGFUL DEATH;

  • PROPERTY DAMAGE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Customers understand that body armor and protective equipment are inherently associated with dangerous situations.

By purchasing our products, customers voluntarily assume all risks associated with:

  • transportation;

  • storage;

18. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless American Blast Systems and its owners, employees, affiliates, suppliers, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and attorneys' fees arising from:

  • negligence;

  • resale of products;
